Each Chill-In starts with a discussion question for us to explore our feelings about the journey of self-love, going gray, and embracing authenticity. Then our Silver Sister Speaker-of-the Week will share her knowledge and invite conversation with participants.  Finally, we open the floor for open mic time! Read your poem, sing a song, play an instrument, share with us!  This is a safe space to share our feelings, release our worries, lift each other up, share our passion with the High Vibe Silver Sister Tribe. Join us every Friday night where the vibes are high and the setting is intimate!
