Every Chill-In starts with a discussion question for us to explore our feelings about wherever we are at in our journey of self-love and going gray. Then we open the floor for open mic time! Read your poem, sing a song, play an instrument, share with us! Finally, the spotlight will be on our speaker-of-the week as they share their specialty of knowledge and light with us and then take whatever questions you might have. This is a safe space to share our feelings, let go over our worries, lift each other up, share our art and learn from other Silver Sisters. The vibes are high and the setting is intimate.
